Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Village Pointe Property Owners Association, Inc. will be held at Wyndham Pagosa on August 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. MT, for the following purpose(s):
1. Electing the Board of Directors; and
2. Transacting such business as may come before the meeting.
Provided with this Notice of Annual Meeting are the proposed Agenda, a Proxy and the biographies received from the nominees for the open Board position(s).
Your participation, in person or by Proxy, is critical to ensure that the Association obtains the required quorum of 20% and is able to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. Therefore, you are urged to promptly complete, sign, date and return the enclosed Proxy. Should you have any questions about this notice, please contact Resort Management at 970-731-8042. Please note that your Proxy must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on August 11, 2017 in order for it to be counted. In the event that you are able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, you may, if so desired, revoke any previously submitted Proxy and vote your interest in person.

PRIOR BOARD EXPERIENCE:
Secretary/Treasurer for Village Pointe Board of Directors since 2010.
WHY I WOULD LIKE TO SERVE ON THE BOARD:
I have been an owner at Village Pointe for the last 14 years and an active Board member, serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the last six years. During this time, I have worked diligently to help our Board improve the A & B side units and to improve the foreclosed and delinquent accounts collections process. I feel that my management experience and understanding of the Wyndham Resort will be dually beneficial as we look to improve investments at Village Pointe.
