One bedroom, sleeps 4 with queen bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room. Small kitchen has oven and range top, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. This unit is very small for 4 adults. This unit DOES NOT offer a Jacuzzi or fireplace. AC (396 sq.ft.)

To all Ptarmigan Owners,

Wyndham Pagosa has seen a significant increase in occupancy during the past year. I hope you had a chance to visit our resort and, if not, I encourage you to plan a visit in the near future. The resort continues to undergo significant renovations which include a remodeled and expanded check-in center with much-needed additional parking spaces, an improved family fun center and activities and an addition to the PLPOA recreation center. The resort also welcomed our new manager, Cheryl Shipe, who brings great experience and has already energized our Wyndham employees and partners. The Ptarmigan Board is very appreciative of all the efforts of our Wyndham Resort Team.

At your Board's organizational meeting, the following officers were set for 2016/2017:

The Ptarmigan Board also welcomed two new Board members, Warren Dyer and Christopher Hewitt.

The Ptarmigan Property Owners Association Board held their annual budget planning meeting on October 8, 2016. The budget approved requires a 4.1% increase in the annual maintenance fee. This budget also includes a significant contribution to Ptarmigan's replacement reserves which are set aside for future improvements to our properties.

Another exciting change is Ovation by Wyndham, which may apply to you if you are looking to exit from your Ptarmigan ownership due to changes in your vacation preferences. Former owners have used this exit program and were pleased. Call Wyndham representatives at 855-312-9040 to learn more about this new opportunity and see if you qualify. It is a trustworthy process.
