Message from the President

Fellow Owners:

We are completing another year at beautiful Wyndham Pagosa. This has been a busy year with many owners and visitors spending time at the property. We have recently completed many exterior improvements from staining to lighting and signage. I hope you have noticed and enjoyed these improvements. We are planning for significant interior updates that will occur over the next couple years. This time almost everything inside will be updated or replaced. These units have served us well but need a facelift. We will talk about this at the annual meeting.

We have been blessed over the years to have a number of our owners volunteer to work for the association as board members. These folks work diligently behind the scenes to ask hard questions and make suggestions about how to balance the two competing needs to keep fees low and quality of experience high. As the largest of the POA's at Pagosa, the Peregrine board also take a leadership role in planning for the entire development.

We always appreciate any input we receive from you so we can get as many perspectives as possible, so please pass along any comments you have.
