Why I would like to serve:
For the past year I have served on the Mountain Meadows Property Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors completing Jack "Doc" Cotton's term. As a member of Mountain Meadows Property Owners Association, Inc. since the 1980's I have always wondered how the Board determined the annual maintenance fee and chose the improvements to the property. Serving on the Board has been very interesting because it clarified these responsibilities as well as other duties of the Board. I would like to continue to learn and serve on the Board to help the members in keeping the costs of ownership as low as possible while maintaining the facility in great condition for our members. This past year improvements have been made to the condos to make the vacation experience a rewarding and enjoyable one for our members. If elected to the Board, I will strive to represent the members' best interest.
