Dear Elk Run Owners,
It is time again to provide you with an update on recent Elkrun Board activity. On Saturday August 05, 2017 your board met for a Regular and Annual meetings with all three board members present. At the annual meeting LuAnn Blea was re-elected for a three year term.
Currently we are tracking the following financials as of June 30, 2017.
• Billed $670,870.00 maintenance fees for 2017, with $635,542.17 (95%) collected and a balance of $30,947.83 (5%) past due – adjustment $4,380.00.
• Current outstanding - $113,565.07 for current and past years which includes late fees and interest.
• Reserves – $364,843.00
• Rental Income - $6,169.00
We continue to turn over all non-maintenance fee paying owners to Wyndham collections. For those owners which are one year behind, foreclosure proceeding will start. This board signed an agreement with Wyndham, Inc. to handle foreclosure processing and transfer of deeds and ownerships.
We signed an agreement with Wyndham Extra Holidays and at this point we are very pleased with the results.
None are planned at this time.
