All Eagle's Loft Owners,

Our Eagle's Loft Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we will have no increase in the maintenance fees for the year 2017. The fees will remain at $805.00. Your elected Board of Directors reviewed the financials and determined that the reserves were sufficient to cover the projected expenses for the upcoming year. It is the hope of the Eagle's Loft Board of Directors to make 2017 the year to put the finishing touches of some of our recent projects such as finishing the LED outside lighting project by lighting the car parking area and the back decks. Refinishing the kitchen cabinets is also on our list of things that we hope to accomplish in 2017. There is also some exterior door work that needs to be completed.

Cheryl Shipe, our new General Manager has put together a great team that will provide leadership for our resort.

Wyndham will continue to market a vacation product called Club Wyndham Access. As I understand the program, Wyndham will sell units, and as they are sold, each Association will receive an allocation for maintenance fees. That should help keep our increases at a lower level.

Our Eagle's Loft units are in pretty good shape; we are going to do several small projects to finalize some of the larger projects we have done in the recent past. The Board hopes the Ownership is aware of the improvements that have been made and that your vacation plans include spending your week in Pagosa Springs at our great resort.
