All Eagle's Loft Owners,

Our Eagle's Loft Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we will have only a 2.48% increase, making our total maintenance fees $825.00 for the year 2018. It is our goal to keep our maintenance fees as low as possible, but we have a major upgrade to be scheduled and planned in 2018 and put in place in 2019.

Cheryl Shipe, our General Manager, has been in place for almost two years and is doing a great job; she has overseen improvements in many of our activities, and we are on track for maintenance items.

We also have a project in the planning stages to address the problem of lakeshore erosion.

The Eagle's Loft Board hopes that the ownership is aware of the improvements that have been made and that your vacation plans will include a visit to our great Resort.
